At UnCover(ed) Conversation Cards, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

SHIPPING:
Since we are a brand new (YAY!) Please allow us 10-21 days to get your order processed and delivered. We want to make sure that we underpromise and overdeliver. 

 Due to COVID-19, it may take a little longer than usual to fulfill your order(s) as we make sure our distribution team stays healthy and safe. We’ll send an email with the tracking information as soon as it ships out, as well as a direct contact for any questions or concerns. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience and thank you kindly for your patience and support! 

RETURNS:
Of course, we would love to keep your business but we understand things happen! We will take your returns within 30 days as long as the packaging is still in tact (unfortunately we won't be able to process returns on shipping costs.)
